Ezra ticktock Ezra Pound was born in Hailey, Idaho, in 1885. He went to the University of pappa for two geezerhood and then continued to recrudesce a degree in 1905 from Hamilton College. He taught for a few years at a college and traveled abroad in europium as well. His biggest love was writing, however, and wrote numerous verse forms and other pieces in his lifetime. Pound spread the idea of imagism, in which he utter that writers should, tranquilize in the place of the musical set idiomatic expression, non in the sequence of the metronome. He helped many writers of his day to overture with his ideas, and continues to inspire writers with his deed today. A very interesting meter by Ezra Pound is named In A Station of the Metro. The poem is very short and simple, clean like the poems of William Carlos Williams. The poem alone says: The apparition of these faces in the throng; Petals on a wet, benighted bough. Ezra Pound keeps everything short and to the point, divergence everything else to the imagination of the reader. The first phrase just concocts that he saw the vision of these people in the crowd.
